Commission Process
1. Reach out to me! Let me know what kind of commission you're interested in and what you want it to look like. I can answer any questions you have and I'll let you know about pricing and the timeline for completion.2. Once we've agreed on the specifics, I've accepted the commission, and I'm available to start, I'll send you a paypal invoice or direct you to my vgen. I will not send an invoice unless I'm able to start work on your piece within the week.3. At least 50% of the total price is required upfront. This is nonrefundable. I will not start work or send any sketches until the first 50% is paid.Quick Paintings (Pets and Headshots) are the only exception to this. More information is available in my commission types listing and on vgen.4. I will send you a sketch to either approve or request changes to. Once the sketch is approved, I will send you roughed in color flats for you to approve or request changes to. Please respond to these work-in-progress images within one week.5. Once the sketch and colors are approved, I will work on rendering and completing your commission within a month of approval.
The completed commission will be delivered after full payment has been received.Most commissions can be completed within 4 weeks of initial payment but, unless we agree to a deadline before payment, please allow for up to 90 days. I will do my best to keep you updated throughout, and feel free to reach out for an update at any time
